Meet Chef Chris Albrecht
Chef Chris Albrecht brings a Central New Jersey perspective shaped by decades in notable kitchens, including Gramercy Tavern, Craft, Craftsteak, Eno Terra, and The Ryland Inn. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, he combines classical technique with a deep attention to seasonality, flavor, and ingredients at their best.
