Meet Chef Christopher Albrecht
Chef Christopher Albrecht brings a Central New Jersey perspective shaped by decades in notable kitchens, including Gramercy Tavern, Craft, Craftsteak, Eno Terra, and The Ryland Inn. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, he combines classical technique with a deep attention to seasonality, flavor, and ingredients at their best.
At The Bedminster Tavern, Chef Christopher leads an approachable Farm-to-Fork menu built around thoughtful sourcing, producer relationships, and the kind of food people want to return for. His cooking connects familiar favorites with new dishes, always grounded in care, craft, and hospitality.
